Country Club Gardens in Tulsa, OK was awarded the 2006 "Best of Tulsa - Affordable Housing Division" award.
The Tulsa
Apartment Association sponsors the annual "Zenith Awards". They are in
their 30th year. This is a highly competitive and much desired award for
all the owners and managers of quality apartment communities in Tulsa.
Selection of the winners is made by a panel of real estate professionals
affiliated with the Tulsa Apartment Association. The following list
includes some of the criteria used to select communities as candidates for
this award: Curb appeal, elevations, land planning and use of open space,
unit layout, amenities, landscaping and interior and exterior maintenance.
This award
reflects the dedication of the IRM staff, the outstanding design and
development abilities of Michaels and the fact that public-private
partnerships like the one that exists between The Michaels Organization and
the Tulsa Housing Authority really can and do work.
